The Planner Mind website, available at https://planermind.com, operated by the Service Provider.
Service Provider
KRYSTIAN DĘBECKI, sole proprietor operating under the business name "Code Craze - Krystian Dębecki", registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) maintained by the competent minister, NIP 7972077229, REGON 520122634, ul. Farna 11, 05-660 Warka, Poland.
When the Terms use expressions such as "we", "our", "us" and similar, this refers to the Service Provider.
User
Any entity using the Website, including the services available on it.
Consumer
A User who is a natural person using the Website without a direct connection to their business or professional activity.
Privileged Entrepreneur
A User who is a natural person entering into a contract under the Terms (or taking steps to conclude such a contract), directly related to their business activity, but not of a professional nature for them.
Privileged User
A User who is a Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur.

Using the Services on the Website is free of charge, entirely voluntary and depends on your will. To use a Service, you should use the relevant Website features.
We start providing the Service at the moment you begin using it.
You may, at any time and at no cost, stop using a Service by ending your use of it.

Please submit any complaints about the Website and the Services via the Contact Point indicated at the beginning of the Terms.
We review complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

Other Provisions on Services
Each use of a Service governed by this document constitutes a separate contract, and its current content - as these Terms - is available on the Website.
It is prohibited to provide unlawful content through the Services.
The contract is concluded in Polish, for the time and purpose of providing the Service. The contract is governed by Polish law, subject to the next sentence.
Choosing Polish law for a contract concluded under the Terms with a Consumer does not waive or limit your consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law applicable to you when no choice of law is made. This means, in particular, that if your local laws provide broader consumer protection than the protection resulting from these Terms or Polish law, that broader protection applies.
In the event of a dispute related to the contract, if you are not a Privileged User, the competent court will be the court having jurisdiction over our registered office.
